Drink Water

It is not only good for handwashing, dishwashing, swimming and bathing. Water is good for cleansing from the inside. It helps hydrate our kidneys and skin, regulate our body temperature, and helps aid in digestion. Drinking 1/2 to 1 ounce per pound of weight is a good rule of thumb.

If you don't enjoy drinking water, add a fruit or vegetable. This infusion process can boost our energy/metabolism and reduce muscle cramps.
