About Lauren Naill, BSN, RN
Born and raised right here in Frederick, Lauren brings over 15 years of hands-on medical experience to our IV wellness team. She started her healthcare journey as a CNA and quickly rose through the ranks, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Shepherd University. For the last decade, Lauren has served Frederick’s community in the hospital setting—most recently as a respected Charge Nurse on the Progressive Care Unit at Frederick Health Hospital. Her career has taken her everywhere from the Emergency Department to the ICU and Med-Surg floors, giving her a deep, well-rounded clinical background.
Lauren is known for her steady leadership, calm presence, and genuine care for every patient who walks through the door. Patients and colleagues alike trust her expertise, quick thinking, and commitment to making every visit safe, comfortable, and effective.
Outside the clinic, Lauren is all about family and the great outdoors. She’s a proud mom of three, always cheering her son on at lacrosse, and finds joy in everything from beach trips to camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, kayaking, and crafting. If she’s not helping patients feel their best, she’s probably building something—or making lifelong memories with her husband, kids, and four dogs.
